According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual earnings of wage-and-salary radiation therapists is about $72,910 in the United States. The middle 50 percent earned between $59,050 and $87,910. The lowest 10 percent earned less than $47,910, and the highest 10 percent earned more than $104,350.
