Clip Errors
If
Cornerstone video clips are not running on your computer, check the
following:
1. If you are using a
dial up modem, it is likely that the clips will take many minutes to
download. We recommend you read the transcripts online, or
download a PDF file, which contains even more
information about each individual. PDF files may be duplicated for
distribution.
2. Be sure you have
current version of either Windows Media Player
or QuickTime.
There is no charge for the basic version of either software.

3. Check to make sure
your cache has at least 1000 MB of available space.
4. Your computer
should have at least 256 MB of RAM to view videos online. You can
check how much memory your computer has on a PC by clicking with your
right mouse button on the "my computer" icon on your desktop, or in
Windows XP, click start and select "control panel."
5. The latest version
of Microsoft Internet Explorer will allow you to view our clips
within the browser. IE is a
free download from Microsoft.
6. If prompted as to
whether you want to save the video file or open it, select open.
7. If all else fails, and
you would like a specific clip sent to you as an e-mail attachment,
