"Intel offers a lot of these development classes. One of them is called
managing through people, to name -- we've got a whole booklet. And so I've
taken Steven Cubby's course, the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
I've worked at taking leadership courses, of which I had a lot when I was
in the military which are very similar to the ones that they've run in
industry. And those have all been very beneficial as to running effective
meetings, and getting work effectively done in a rather quick manner."
