"The reason that I stayed here is because my family is not too far away,
they're about 150 miles. But I picked a larger city, because I wanted to
be able to do a lot of things. I can go to the theater or I can go to --
Detroit is close the lake, so I can go to the beach. I can do a million
things. I love the city. I grew up in a very small town, and I wanted to
broaden my horizons being able to do whatever I can."

Typical Day
7:00 AM - Arrive
at work at 7:45, coffee and check voice mail.
8:00 AM - Address Internal issues- material/heat treat
9:00 AM - Address external issues- non-conforming material
10:00 AM - Take any samples to lab- advise testing
11:00 AM - Begin reports for internal/external issues
12:00 PM - Lunch
1:00 PM - Continue with reports- address internal issues
2:00 PM - Meeting- advance product quality planning.
3:00 PM - Meeting
4:00 PM - Get lab test data, finish reports.
5:00 PM - Leave at 5:30 PM and go to gym
6:00 PM - Work-out
7:00 PM - Socialize
