"Take a lot of
courses in both math and economics and try and think of each one
in terms of the other." |

"I remember in economics there was a -- there was a human capital model
that said that when you take two resources and you put them together
inside one person, you don't add them together, they're effect gets
multiplied. And that really is what happens with a knowledge of math and a
knowledge of economics. They interact and they work together and they help
you a lot more than -- they help you exponentially more than either one of
the two of them would. So the best that I can say, the best advice that I
can give is, is to take a lot of courses in both math and economics and
try and think of each one in terms of the other."
